In such event, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay and keep you informed of the revised delivery schedule.
• Price: The prices you see on the Services exclude all taxes or charges for shipping and handling. Taxes, shipping, and handling costs will be added to the amount of your purchase and itemized on the checkout page. You will review taxes and delivery costs before you confirm your purchase. In the event legal action is necessary to collect balances due, you will reimburse us and our vendors or agents for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorneys' fees and other legal expenses. Credits or refunds will be made to the same method of payment and account used to place the order or can be issued as store credit if you select that option.
• Return Policy: We hope that you will be happy and satisfied with Products you purchase using our Services. However, if you decide for any reason to return a Product that you purchased through our Services, you must notify Lau Beauty and return the Product to us within thirty 14 days from the date the Product was purchased. Lau Beauty will only accept a return if the Product(s) are returned from the country where it was originally shipped by Lau Beauty (UAE). Once the Product you are returning has been received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the Product or will issue you store credit, depending upon the option you selected when initiating the return. Unless prohibited by law, any shipping and handling charges paid for the original purchase will not be refunded.
• Return Procedure: The following describes the instructions you must follow if you want to return a product purchased through the Lau Beauty website. These instructions were accepted by you at the time you used the services of the Lau Beauty website and placed the order.
  
  To return a product from Lau Beauty you must follow these instructions:
  Send an email to contact@laubeauty.co with the title "Return order (ORDER NUMBER)". The email must contain the client name, the phone number, the name of the product that you wish to return, the number of the order, the reason that you wish to return the product, the method you want to receive the refund.
  The product returns are applicable in two ways after undergoing our quality check.
  • You shall be eligible to receive the full refund to your bank account if there is no damage or use of products.
  • In the other case, we shall provide you a redeem voucher to your registered account from which you shall shop again on the Lau Beauty website.
  You must specify in the email the method that you believe is suitable for you.
  Shortly after receiving the email, our team will contact you for further information regarding the return procedure.
  If, in our reasonable determination, a Product shipped to us is ineligible for return, we will not be responsible for returning that ineligible Product to you. Lau Beauty has no obligations with respect to such ineligible Products.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the furthest extent allowed by relevant regulation you agree to protect Lau Beauty, our subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as each of our respective officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees, from any losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs, or expenses. Any third-party will be reported to LauBeauty Parties as soon as possible, and you will cooperate with Lau Beauty Parties in defending those claims. Additionally, you will cover any and all fees, costs, and expenses associated with defending those claims, including but not limited to attorney fees. Any claims brought by third parties may be settled or defended by the Lau Beauty Parties at our sole discretion. Any other indemnities stipulated in a written agreement between you and Lau Beauty or any other Lau Beauty Parties are in addition to and not exclusive of this indemnity.

WARRANTIES AND RELEASE

Using our Products and Services is happening at your own risk. Our Products and Services are provided without warranties of any kind, the opposite option can happen only and with our writing and confirmation. Therefore, Lau beauty, does not warrant that our Services are complete, error-free or reliable. Even though Lau Beauty does its best to offer you the safest Services, that does not offer the warrant that our Services are free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume the entire risk about the functionality of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Lau Beauty from responsibility, liability, claims, demands or/and damages of every kind of nature related to your use of our Products and Services, the acts or omissions of third parties.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lau Beauty and the other Lau Beauty Parties will not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, punitive, special, or exemplary damages or lost profits, under any theory of liability—whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, or otherwise—even if Rare Beauty or the other Rare Beauty Parties have been informed of the possibility of such damages. No matter the form of the action, Lau Beauty and the other Lau Beauty Parties' aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services is greater than $100 or the amount you paid to purchase Products through our Services in the preceding 12 months. The restrictions outlined in this Section will not limit or exclude Lau Beauty's or the other Lau Beauty Parties' responsibility for willful misconduct, fraud, or willful gross negligence, as well as for any other situations where liability cannot be excluded or restricted by applicable law. Additionally, the foregoing limitations or exclusions may not apply to you because some countries do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

TRANSFER AND PROCESSING DATA

You accept that we may handle, transmit, and retain information about you in the United Arab Emirates and other countries to deliver our Services, even though you might not have the same rights and protections there as you would at home.

MODIFYING AND TERMINATING OUR SERVICES

“SMS” PROGRAM

If you decide to take part in Lau Beauty's short message service program ("SMS Program"), this section applies to you. By taking part in the SMS Program, you consent to receiving recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Lau Beauty to the mobile phone number you provided during signup or any other phone number you choose, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. No transaction is subject upon your agreement to receive text messages from an automated marketing system. Any messages sent to you from us or to us from you may be subject to message and data costs. The number of messages will vary. Rare Beauty retains the right to change the message frequency at any moment, increasing or decreasing the overall number of messages delivered. Additionally, the short code or phone number from which messages are sent may be changed at any time by Lau Beauty. Cancellation. Anytime you choose, you can stop taking part in the SMS Program. Just send our short code the word "STOP" through a text message. When you text STOP to our short code, we'll send you a text message to let you know that we've received and processed your request. You agree that Lau Beauty and its service providers will not be held responsible for failing to respect requests to unsubscribe that do not contain the STOP keyword command. You understand that our text messaging platform might not detect and react to such requests.

SEVERABILITY

Any term of these Terms, or portion thereof, that is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable is deemed severable from these Terms and has no bearing on the legality or enforceability of any other sections of these Terms.

MISCELLANEOUS

A right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed waived by Lau Beauty's omission to assert or enforce that right or provision. The section headings in these Terms are purely for your convenience and have no bearing on your rights or obligations. These Terms are only for the benefit of the parties, unless specifically stated differently. No other person or entity is intended to have third-party beneficiary rights.
